Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our products and services. By placing an order, contacting us, or interacting with our shop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and photos. Because many items are 3D‑printed, handmade, or produced in small batches, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations do not affect product performance.

All items are intended for hobbyist, workshop, or light industrial use unless otherwise stated.

Ordering & Payment

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We do not process or store payment information. All payments are handled securely by the platform you purchase through (e.g.,  PayPal ).

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The item is unavailable
• The order information is incomplete
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded through the original payment method.

Shipping & Handling

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, customs, or other shipping services.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are custom‑made or printed to order, returns are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

We generally accept returns or replacements for:

• Items damaged in transit
• Incorrect items received
• Manufacturing defects

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Items damaged through misuse or modification
• Normal wear from workshop use

If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Warranty

Our products are designed for durability and long service life. However, due to the nature of 3D‑printed materials and workshop environments, we offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation
• Exposure to extreme heat beyond material limits
• Use outside intended applications
• Normal wear and tear

If you believe your item has a defect, contact us and we’ll evaluate the issue.

User Responsibilities

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to:

• Install and use items safely and appropriately
• Verify compatibility with your specific machine or setup
• Follow any instructions or guidelines provided

We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use or installation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, downtime, or business interruption
• Damage to equipment resulting from improper installation or misuse

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, descriptions, photos, and content are the property of our shop. They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
